Here is her sermon (In part)
God provides real meaning
A women who loves Jesus does so with all her heart. She is on fire for God, and honors Him with her body, and with all her strength. She is a woman of prayer, She keeps growing in the knowledge and fear of God and follows His will. She is led by the spirit and engages in ministry, using her time, talent and treasure. She is a woman full of wisdom, she is modest, and we see her character bearing the fruit of the Spirit.
Our shapes are different because of the different responsibilities that God gave us. Your identity is in Jesus Christ, not in people. Many times we care so much about other people’s opinions, when they say nothing, we put our heads low and think less of ourselves.
I am here to tell you that your identity is in Jesus Christ. He is your Lord and Savior. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. You are beautiful and special. Do not allow any situation or human being to undermine who you are. Use all your strength, and do what God requires you to do, remember to balance your responsibilities well, at church, work and even to yourself.
Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised – Proverbs 31:30.
Be Available
Regardless of what major position a woman gets to serve in society, she must not forget where she come from. Do not abandon your primary responsibility as a mother, single women, wife. Give each of these responsibilities your time, attention. Put your hands on, be available to do what you are required to do. There are certain responsibilities that require you as a person, and not your house-help.
She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. (Proverbs 31:17)
You are a strong women, you need to do all your responsibilities.
When the unexpected happens
Often times women ask, ‘How does one submit to a man without a job, or to one who earns less?’
In my opinion, it takes a lot of humility and responsibility on both sides. Sometimes, a women may be able to supply everything, but then, because of the unfaithfulness of the guy, he ends up misusing the money.
Your marriage vows are real. When the worst comes into your family, you need to remain the same. Needless to say, the people outside don’t need to know who makes more money. Remain balanced and well. You need to believe God that your husband will get a better income source.
