It’s my prayer that you open up your heart and yield to the Holy Spirit.
The biggest challenge amongst believers is learning to yield to the Holy Spirit and let Him do as He wills and desires. The open secret to living a victorious Christian life is yielding to the Holy Spirit.
Jesus said, “I can do nothing on my own…”(John 5:30)
Though Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, for the first thirty years of His life we don’t hear anything about Him. However, after being baptized by the Holy Spirit, He began the next phase of His ministry as recorded in the four gospels.
While He prayed, the Holy Spirit descended like a dove upon Him. (Luke 3:21-22). Every defining moment in the life of any believer is marked by that person welcoming the Holy Spirit into their lives in a manner they had never done before.
Jesus had the Holy Spirit but for him to shift levels and start operating at a higher dimension, there had to come another dimension and measure of the flow of the power and presence of the Holy Spirit upon his life. (You need to understand the Spirit within and the Spirit upon).
He had to yield to the Holy Spirit to be led by Him (the Holy Spirit). Jesus was no longer in charge, the Holy Ghost was. (Luke 4:1)
There are different measures one can walk into depending on their degree of yieldedness to the Holy Spirit. (Ezekiel 37). Sensitivity and yieldedness to the Holy Spirit is the difference in a man’s walk with God.
Jesus prayed, “Father, if it is Your will, take this cup away from Me; nevertheless not My will, but Yours, be done.” Then an angel appeared to Him from heaven, strengthening Him. (Luke 22:42-43).
You have to yield to the will of heaven and not yours. Whenever you yielded to the Holy Spirit, something of heaven is deposited in your spirit. Throughout the bible, men moved in different levels of success depending on their level of yieldedness and degree of sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is the most important relationship you have here on the earth. Your rise and fall depend on how you relate to Him. Do whatever it takes to have a deeper relationship with the Holy Ghost because it determines all that takes place in your life.
Jesus gave the Apostles the mandate to preach the gospel to all the world, they couldn’t carry it out in human strength, power, or wisdom. He asked them to wait until they receive the Holy Spirit (Luke 22:49).
Power is received when the promise of the Father comes upon you. It has to be a conscious, intentional, deliberate walk and relationship with the Holy Spirit to unlock your destiny and promises as prophesied in the archives of heaven regarding your life.
When Adam and Eve lost their fellowship with God everything under them begun to rebel against them. Their ability to execute dominion on the earth was dependent on their degree of fellowship with the Father.
2 Corinthians 13:14, NIV: “May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all.
It is the fellowship of the Holy Spirit that makes Jesus and the Father real to you and me. (John 16:14.) He (The Holy Spirit) will take of what is Mine and reveal it to you. The vibrancy and success of the life of a believer are hinged on His fellowship with the Holy Spirit.
The Father and the Son abides in us by the Holy Spirit. (John 14:23)
God never intended us to engage in any spiritual activity without the input of the Holy Spirit. Any activity without the Holy Spirit is not recognized in heaven. He helps you in all that God directs you to do..(John 16:7). Let’s us bring back the hunger, desire, and thirst for the Holy Spirit to have Him as our companion.
Proverbs 18:24, NIV: “One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.”
Hebrews 13:5, NIV: “Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.
John 15:26-27, NIV: “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me. And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning.”
The Father and the Son are made known to us by the Holy Spirit (Psalm 51:11)
Psalm 51:11, NIV: “Do not cast me from your presence or take your Holy Spirit from me.” David knew that all he was and would ever be was locked up in the person of the Holy Spirit being upon them.
Every time men yielded to the Holy Spirit, healing, salvation, deliverance, and prosperity took place. (John 16:12)
I still have many things to say to you, However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; When the Holy Spirit comes, your capacity to receive, understand spiritual truths, and know God will be enlarged.
The Holy Spirit is the ever-present help wherever you are. Learn to just tune in to Him and yield until you start hearing His voice. (Psalm 46:1, Psalm 139:7)
Live a totally yielded life until heaven starts finding expression through your life!
