Internationally renowned worship artist Eddie James who also doubles as Associate Pastor for Nations Church – the ministry of Evangelist Daniel Kolenda, founded by Reinhard Bonnke, led believers in a powerful session of worship during his visit to Gaba Community Church in Kampala over the weekend.
Eddie James has ministered with many of the worlds most impactful ministries inlcuding Bishop T.D. Jakes, Lou Engle, Bill Johnson, Bethel Music, Perry Stone, Karen Wheaton, and Kirk Franklin, to name a few.
“I love the way Uganda worships,” he said on 28th January, 2023, commending Gaba Community Church worship team and the leadership, led by Pastor Peter Kasirivu, for their selfless dedication to Kingdom service.
“Jesus’ presence is in this city and nation,” he went on.
Eddie James arrived in the country 22nd January, 2023 with 14 others, and went about preaching Christ in 4 different cities across the region, till the 29th of January, 2023.
“I Am”, “Lord, You’re Holy”, “Psalm 23”, “You’ve Been So Faithful”, “Breakthrough” and “Freedom” are just a few of the songs for which he is known.
His songs have been performed by a wide range of music artists and ministries, from Judy Jacobs, Karen Wheaton and Helen Baylor to Joel Osteen – Lakeland Church, Brooklyn Tabernacle, Mississippi Mass Choir.
Back in the United States, Eddie rescues, restores, and disciples youth who are coming out of drug addiction, street life, gangs, violence, abuse, and perverse lifestyles through his recovery and Discipleship ’N Art programs.
These highly effective programs have empowered youth to experience a life in freedom and discover their true significance.
