Bishop David LivingStone Kiganda who earlier survived a fatal car accident, on Friday ushered guests to a colorful ceremony in Kampala where he expressed gratitude to God for His protection and Grace.
The founder of Christianity Focus Centre Church in Mengo, Kisenyi used his speech at Imperial Royale Hotel to narrate how he miraculously survived the deadly tragedy when his car flipped four time, and left the scene with no broken bones and no internal damage.
He was in company with individuals who also survived the accident. Others were his wife, Pastor Cindy Kiganda, Church leaders, elders and political figures.
“After seeing the crash that I walked away from, it’s hard to deny a miracle took place,” he said.
The whole experience has deepened the preacher’s faith and confirmed that God has a purpose for his life.
“It is so clear that nothing, not even a car accident like this one can alter God’s plans,” he observed.
The Kingdom TV and Radio CEO is also general overseer of over 80 other Church branches which are situated across the nation.
Uganda Christian News reported on September 11, 2019, how a car carrying Bishop Kiganda and 3 others crashed on his way to share the Word of God out of the capital Kampala.
Pr Cindy Kiganda attributed her husband’s survival to the supernatural power of the Holy Spirit, adding that paramedics were stunned to find that the preacher and other passengers were alive.
“The tire burst, and the car over turned like 4 times,” she said.
“When you look at the pictures, you cannot expect anyone to come out alive from such a car. We are grateful to God. I thank the Holy spirit for protecting my husband’s life. This is a miracle. The devil has failed. I cannot be a widow at this age, God has said no to it,” she added.
