John Baptist Mukajanga, commonly known as JB Mukajanga of Mt. Zion Bukalango prayer center passed on Saturday morning.
Located off Hoima road in Wakiso district, Mt. Zion Bukalango confirmed his death through their official Facebook page stating, “Our loving brother Jb Mukajanga is dead,”
The preacher collapsed and died at his home in Akright along Entebbe road, the cause has not yet been confirmed by authorities.
Kira Road Police Commander, Michael Kasigire has also confirmed Mukajanga’s death, urging that postmortem examinations are ongoing.
Formerly suspended from the catholic church through their lawyers, Mukajanga (RIP) was demanded to desist from preaching and ministering, unless he got express permission from Archbishop of Kampala, Cyprian Kizito Lwanga.
The preacher however, had a weekly program on one of the country’s local stations, on top of JB Mukajanga Fire ministries where he always held lunch hour prayers every week in the city capital.
He has also been known for leading several Christians to Israel for Pilgrimage.
