Thousands of Kampala dwellers on Wednesday woke up to a group radical preachers who evenly distributed themselves in almost every corner of the city.

Identified as Phaneroo, the few that we spoke to said preaching the Word of God in the public is a mandate from Christ and an opportunity for them to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who have never set foot in a church.

At several locations as early as 7 AM , some of the preachers stood upon object to be seen in large crowds. Additionally, depending on the noise level of the venue and location, some had interpreters and, others amplification to ensure that their voices were heard above the clamor of the surroundings.

This massive street invasion by the popular fellowship that gathers weekly at UMA Multipurpose hall, Lugogo Show Grounds is intended to pave way for their third anniversary celebration happening 12th August.

❝We are on the streets, in the hospitals, in the corridors of power, in the education institutions, in the media, in the fields. We are everywhere and we are there on divine assignment- to show men God.❞ Reads part of a statement from the fellowship’s website.

Apostle Grace Lubega, the vision bearer of Phaneroo recently said they continue to grow which is a testimony to God’s glorious work through the ministry.

In his sermon on Thursday, he told the congregation to stop worrying and meditating upon the negatives that could happen in their lives.

❝Sow the word of God in your spirit.❞ He urged them.
