Hon Nokrach William Wilson, the representative of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) Northern Uganda has graduated with BA SWSA at Uganda Christian University today.
The University has had a total of 1,441 students for the July 2016 graduation, with 41 excelling with first class. The Guest of Honor was H. E. Frank Mugambage, the High Commissioner of Rwanda to Uganda.
“You have been in a University that has given you values, believe in them. The knowledge you have acquired in different disciplines is vital, not only to yourself but to everyone” Uganda Christian University Vice Chancellor, Rev Can Dr John Ssenyonyi told the Fresh Grandaunts.
Rev Can Dr John Ssenyonyi said that having H. E. Frank Mugambage at the celebrations cements the long relationship between the Church of Uganda and Rwanda.
On 22nd February 2016 , the Electoral Commission conducted the election of Representatives of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Parliament that saw Nokrach rise to represent people in the north, who have a physical or mental impairment that substantially limits one or more major life activities.
