Pastor Mugisa Brave of Christ Liberty Centre Church was attacked by robbers last night while heading home. This incident happened in Kawempe, a surburb in the city of Kampala, Uganda’s capital.
“I am with him right now at Mulago referral hospital where he was rushed soon as we got to find out about the sudden incident. The robbers attacked him in large numbers and beat him till he lost consciousness. They rushed off with his phone, money and other valuables.” One of the relatives, Ms Rose Mary Kajumba has told UG Christian News on phone.
“We took him to the causality ward at Mulago hospital with blood coming out from this nose, and several parts of his body. Thankfully, he is now recovering, awake and aware of his surrounding.” Ms Rose Mary said on Thursday, adding that it’s a miracle he is still alive given the intensity of the attack.
Pastor Mugisa is now receiving medical treatment, we do call upon the body of Christ to join his family and pray for recovery and complete healing.
