President Yoweri Tibuhaburwa Museveni and First Lady Janet are on 11. Dec 2020 expected to host the annual national thanksgiving prayers for 2020 at State House, at 2pm (EAT).
According to Judith Nalule Nabakooba, the Minister of Information and Communications Technology, the virtual event will be conducted under the theme ‘Blessed are the peace makers, they shall be called sons of God inspired by Matthew 5:9.
The main celebrant will be Kampala Archbishop Dr. Cyprian Kizito Lwanga, and the guest preacher Dr Henry Luke Orombi.
This latest development comes as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases across the nation continue to spike.
