He said Christmas is not only a season of celebration but also reflection. The President called for security consciousness to avoid situations that can expose citizens to danger.

“Christmas is a season of celebration but also reflection.
As a country, we have made numerous strides this year that I will enumerate during my New Year Address.
As you embark on festivities, my call is that you do so responsibly. The police and and sister security agencies are on alert to ensure there is law and order. You should do your part as a responsible citizen.
On my behalf and that of my family, I wish all Ugandans a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.”
