Ugandan gosple music singer Brian Lubega will lead multitudes in worship through a concert labeled ‘Amazing Grace’ , this Friday 2nd December, 2016 at Silver Springs Hotel Bugolobi.
If we are to closely relate what God has done through Lubega, his passion to create resources for the church that lead people into an honest and intimate relationship with the Lord cannot be put out of the equation.
He is currently lead Pastor of Word of life Community Church kosovo, Kampala, a privilege he warmly welcomed last month following full approval from his Church leadership.
“I chose to call this concert “Amazing Grace” following the wave of inspiration from which I was writing the songs on this album. ” He told UG Christian News.
The 8 songs off his album titled ‘Wegukubira’ have on a continuous basis received massive airplay, on top of becoming a must-have.
“The Amazing Grace concert is going to be a life giving experience. An experience that will usher one into the new year carrying something bigger, wider, stronger, deeper, and higher than the current situation. And this time it’s the work of the holy spirit.” He further told this website.
Focusing attention on God to help him effectually lead those that will gather to the day’s occasion not only through music, but the word, Brian believes that an event is not gosple until the gosple is shared.
“Jesus carried something worth listening to, worth putting other things aside for, worth paying transport for, worth carrying back home, worth putting on replay.”
“People can only came on board to support any Gospel artist if one is taught the word in the song, if you fail to teach through the song – you won’t eat out of it, and am not suggesting that you do a song out of the desire to eat no no – your role is to teach the word. ” He said recently.
The concert will begin at 7pm, 30,000 (Ugx) general and 60,000 (Ugx) VIP.
