Tonny Smart may be one on of those christian presenters that keeps you smiling and vibrant throughout the day as you listen in.
The 99.6 FM J ‘Big show’ host took to Facebook Friday to let his listeners and followers know how much he needed their prayer.
Tonny has in less than a month lost an elder sister and younger brother. He could not help but extend his grief stating that he is in shock and shaking.
“It’s so sad I have lost Pius my little brother in a fatal car accident along Soya Bunga road . My dear brother was knocked by an over speeding car while attempted to cross the road back home at past 9pm yesterday evening,” he wrote.
He added, “It’s just 2 months ago when I lost my elder sister. We need your prayers Friends. I am in shock and shaking.”
While the young radio star questioned God saying, “Why Lord, why this little boy”, Christians wrote strengthening messages praying that God will comfort him, encouraging him further to take heart.
To question God is not in itself wrong. The prophet Habakkuk had questions for God concerning the timing and agency of the Lord’s plan.
God invites us to enjoy close fellowship with Him. He knows our hearts and is genuinely seeking to enlighten us.
