A new fashion brand will be launched by Kristiana Kayanja, Pastor Robert and Jessica Kayanja’s daughter at Serena Hotel – Kampala on 16 Dec. 2020.
According to Satisfashion UG, a fashion and lifestyle magazine in Uganda, the 24-year-old will unveil her fashion brand, ‘Kristiana’ at a virtual fashion show, where pieces from her collection will be presented for the first time.
“Each of the pieces is distinctive, individual and uniquely put together, drawing all my inspiration from the colour of nature,” Kristiana told Satisfashion UG.
“I want everybody to look like a breath of fresh air, a beautiful bird or a blossoming flower,” the twin daughter added.
The fashion line will expand to include casual and formal wear for men and women. The source noted that ‘Kristiana’ combines the detailed glamour of couture pieces with simple elegance that defines class.
The event will reportedly air on Urban TV, Channel 44, Bukedde TV and TV West from 5 to 7pm.
Readers should note that in 2004, Pastor Robert and Jessica Kayanja held a thanksgiving after their daughter miraculously healed from brain cancer.
Doctors at a UK hospital had told the couple that Kristiana had a big tumour and that she couldn’t survive for more than three weeks.
“We prayed to God and started giving (her) Holy Communion every day. With God’s grace, medical reports showed that the cancer was detaching itself from the brain,” Pastor Kayanja narrated then.
After a given period, no trace of cancer was detected in Kristiana, Pastor Kayanja said.
