After 15 solid years of childlessness, Dr Joseph Serumaga, the lead pastor of United Christian Centre (Innerman Ministries), his wife Sarah Serumaga, a well-known gospel music minister, recently welcomed their first child.
The couple is said to have prayed, and trusted God for the impossible.
“My dear sister Sarah Serumaga. Thanks for serving God faithfully, whole heartedly yet with a question of childlessness,” said worship leader and recording artist Justine Nabbosa, as she broke the news on social media 5th March, 2022.
“15 years of waiting on God, now God has answered our prayers,” she added.
Several pastors, gospel musicians and church leaders have congratulated the couple, with many encouraging those who are yet to receive the blessings of the womb in marriage to exercise patience because with God nothing is impossible.
Dr Joseph Serumaga was announced as the new head of United Christian Centre Church in 2021, following the demise of Bishop Stephen Senfuma.
Sarah Serumaga is known for songs including ‘Mwoyo Ntabura’ off her ‘Akutura Enjegeri’ Album. She grew up in a muslim family, but later made a decision to give her life to Jesus Christ.
Her family chased her from home because of her decision, but still held on strong to Jesus, till this day.
