Christians were filled with inspiration as several Choirs in Kampala and beyond came together during the annual All Choir’s Concert at Glory of Christ Church – Kawaala, a neighborhood within Kampala.
Over 20 gospel choirs performed songs of various musical genres with utmost agility, proving that indeed Choral music will never be a thing of the past.
This happened on 20th October, 2019.
The chief guest was Rubaga North councilor, Abubakar Kawalya, who is also an aspiring MP for the same region.
The event also saw attendees raise funds for Holy Gate Choir to procure a new sound system to spread the gospel.
Mr Abubakar Kawalya thanked the Church lead Pastor Herbert Kiwanuka and the ministry administration for the work they do for the body of Christ.
He pledged and contributed 1,000,000/= towards the cause.
Choirs at the event included popular acapella group the Canaan Gents, Gospel Elite Choir, Divine Choir, Heavenly angles Choir, Seed Choir, Eden Glory Choir, Echoes of Joy Choir, Wells of Hope Choir, Amazing Choir, World Changers Choir and others.
