Pastor Jessica Kayanja, wife to Pastor Robert Kayanja told over half a million people that gathered at Miracle Centre Cathedral on Friday night that the reason God has grated Uganda peace is because He wants worship from this nation.
At the meeting graced by President Y K Museveni and his wife Janet K Museveni, Pastor Jessica used her speech to inform believers that God has allowed us to be alive, and see peace enough so that we can build him a sanctuary.

Praise God. Indeed the victory belongs to Jesus. I want to welcome all of you in a special way to the Miracle Centre Cathedral. And I want you to know that we love you so much and we are honored and blessed to have you here.
We thank God because we are approaching the end of 77 Days of Glory Phase 2. We thank God who has kept us strong. We thank God who has given us the revelation and ability to worship Him every single day.
In the book of 1st Kings 5:4, there was a king called called Solomon and these were his words; Now the Lord has given me peace on all my boarders. I have no enemies, and it is well with me. I have purposed to build him a sanctuary.
We thank God, for he has chosen Uganda to build him a sanctuary. A sanctuary of Praise, worship and of Glory. Every time God wants his people to be in peace, He demands a sacrifice of a sanctuary. We thank God that we are those people building a sanctuary. But above all, we thank Him for the peace that is in Uganda – so that we are able to build this sanctuary.
The father of Solomon was called David. Solomon said about David; My father was a man who was troubled by wars. He was not a man of peace. So God could not allow him build a sanctuary. In the olden days in Uganda, there were troubles, there was up-evil and chaos. But we thank God [for] in a season such as this, He has allowed us to be alive, and see peace enough. so that we can build him a sanctuary.
If you can, please thank God for the peace. There are more sanctuaries that have been built in this regime than in any other regime. Now we have finished building the sanctuary made of blocks and walls, we are still able to build the sanctuary who is our body, because of peace – We thank God for peace.
And for peace, God will always use instruments of peace. And He says about these instruments; Blessed are the peace makers because they shall be called the sons of God. We thank God that today, we have a son of God in our midst – so lets clap to the Holy spirit for that.
Every time God required the Children of Israel to worship him, he took them out of hardship. He took them out of war. He appointed Moses who asked why he should take the children of Israel out of Egypt – God said; so that they can worship me.
I’m here to encourage you today, that God wants worship from you. And because of that He is going to give you peace.
He is giving you peace in your home, finances health so that you can worship and build him a sanctuary.
He asked the children of Israel to build him a sanctuary. so that he may dwell among them. We thank God for such a time as this – His presence is in our midst because we have built him a sanctuary of praise. And we believe, this sanctuary of praise will move on from generation to generation.
Uganda will be known as a country with peace to serve God – to worship Him – to lift Him up – to sing His praises. May the p[ace of the lord that surpasses all understanding be unto you in the mighty name of Jesus.
