Music is a medium of communication and God cares not just about what we say but how we say it. Since the mid-90s, various Christian artists have used the hip-hop music genre to move many listeners to call on the name of the Lord.
For the every first time in Uganda, an event labelled ‘Fuse’ is set to unveil hip hop artists who have waved the banner of satisfaction in Christ alone through this genre of music. This will be on 12th July, 2019 at The Square, Kampala starting at 6pm. Entrance is Ush20,000.
During an exclusive interview with Uganda Christian News, the event front-liner, Mr Shadrack Kuteesa explained what it is all about.
Kuteesa believes that many artists in Uganda today have proved that hip-hop can be a perfect place to proclaim the message of salvation through Christ, for His glory.
