In order to manifest the prophecies, dreams, visions, and whatever God has placed on the inside of you, your heart and your mouth must be in alignment!
By your words, you will be justified, and by your words, you will be condemned. (See Matthew 12:37).
Your words play a key role in either your rise or fall. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible (See Hebrews 11:3).
All creation was done by words. Man, made in the image of God, is the only creature that was given the ability to speak. So, just like God, he creates by talking.
Our words are not empty, they are containers of power. They are seeds (See Luke 8:11). Many times we nullify our prayers by saying words or conversations that are contrary to our faith.
You have to be very careful with the things you say. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation (See Romans 10:10).
Confession is what completes the faith in your heart. You believe in your heart and confess with your mouth for manifestation. So, your heart and your mouth must say the same thing. Your words are very crucial in manifesting all that Jesus did for you at Calvary.
Wrong speaking leads to the wrong manifestation, right speaking leads to the right manifestation. It’s a spiritual principle, it will work for both the saved and unsaved.
Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! (James 3:5)
You are held captive by the words of your mouth; You are taken by the words of your mouth (See Proverbs 6:2).
You create your path by the things you say. Your life is a sum of the things you have been saying. Your tongue is the steering wheel that drives your life! (See James 3:2-10).
The things you say are the harvest of your life tomorrow. Guard your tongue against speaking anything contrary to what you have prayed for. Don’t nullify your prayers!
From the fruit of their mouth a person’s stomach is filled; with the harvest of their lips they are satisfied. The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. (Proverbs 18:20-21)
The tongue has the power to either kill or make alive. Your words are capable of stunting you, pushing you backward, or planting you into the things God has prepared for your life!
Most of the people God delivered from Egypt did not enter into their promised land because they killed themselves by their words. So tell them, ‘As surely as I live, declares the Lord, I will do to you the very thing I heard you say: (Numbers 14:28)
Our promised land are the things God has prepared for us to walk into ( according to Jeremiah 29:11, Ephesians 2:10, and 1 Corinthians 2:9) but to enjoy them, we have to engage our tongues right.
Hebrews 10:23, ESV: “Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.”
It is a confession of our faith, not our doubts, fears, or unbelief.
The confession of your mouth must also be consistent with what Christ did for you at calvary! Don’t confess defeat after praying for victory, sickness after praying for health, or poverty after praying for prosperity.
No matter how loud the circumstances speak, line up your words with the Word of God, and sooner than later your life will follow the path created by your tongue.
Therefore, holy brethren, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our confession, Christ Jesus (See Hebrews 3:1). He is before the Father to ensure that your confession which is in line with Calvary comes to fruition in your life.
Angels will follow your confession that is in line with the word (Psalms 103:20). So as you pray and believe God, consistently speak faith, speak the kingdom, speak light, life, and truth. Speak only things that are in proper alignment with the word of God over your life. Yield your tongue to the Holy Spirit because it is very important in realizing what Jesus did for you at Calvary.
Stay blessed and highly favored.
