Miracle Centre Cathedral lead Pastor Robert Kayanja has encouraged Christians to use this season in which so much concern has been raised over the coronavirus outbreak to evangelize and build people’s faith.
The preacher explained during his appearance on Channel 44 TV on Wednesday that many young people, including students will be home following the state directive to close schools, places of worship, bars, music shows, concerts, discos and many other public meetings.
“This is the time to seek the Lord, this is the time to pray. I know God is going to do mighty things. We are going to keep on ministering to you, and coming to you live,” he said.
Pastor Kayanja noted that Christian-based broadcasting channels should also see this season as one of the greatest outreach opportunities.
The preacher said “coronavirus is a very dangerous attack from hell.”
“We should do everything possible to keep ourselves from being infected. And I believe by God’s Grace, the Lord is going to help us do so.” he said.
