I hear studying the Quran is the most trending ritual among “trending Christians”! That they study it to find Jesus there.
If a Christian is still seeking Christ in the Quran, then the answer is they have never believed in Him.
For those who believe have life and know where life is. Some say it helps them get tools to witness to the group that follows the Quran – now this is evidence to them that Christ is not enough as He claims in His Holy Word.
I now understand that the more we fail at faith in Christ, we can’t preach Christ crucified, who is a stumbling block to some and foolishness to all who are perishing.
The gospel is simple; believe and live or doubt and die.
This new trend of pushing congregations to read the Quran is absolute selling of God’s people to idolatry.
Of course Aaron was trending as he built a golden calf. God has warned us against trying to imitate the gods of other nations, but trend is killing believers and like Aaron, preachers are subtly deceived into leading God’s blood bought people back to Egypt.
Do not be fooled. Jesus is the way and if you don’t have Him you do not have life.
Anything else is demonic because it is designed to stay politically correct by eliminating Christ the Rock of Offence from the gospel.
Better to be alive and be branded rigid, bigot and old school than embracing death in the name of trending. Read the bible alone I beg thee and preach the gospel which is foolishness to those perishing.
