Legendary gospel musician, Betty Nakibuuka and her daughter, Gloria Mulungi, better known as Baby Gloria are set to minister together at Heavenly Bridge Church – 805A W Pipeline Rd, Hurst – Texas in USA.
Heavenly Bridge Church announced Tuesday that they will host the duo on January 27th, labeling the event as an ‘Evening of Joy’.
“At Heavenly Bridge Church, our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds, regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey. Our goal is to connect people to their higher calling,” the Church remarks on its website.
Betty Nakibuuka and her daughter left Uganda for the USA earlier in January, and were received by Dr. Francis Lutaaya the senior pastor of Faith In Action international ministries in Washington DC where they ministered on 14th January.
Earlier speaking to Press, Baby Gloria lauded her mother saying she helped nurture her talent which has seen major brands in the country take her up for an ambassador.
“I realised Gloria could sing right from a tender age. She loved humming a lot and writing down all sorts of words on pieces of paper, which she would later on start singing,” Nakibuuka said.
Over the next years, Baby Gloria has released songs including DNA, Remote Control, ‘Mbu Ndi Lubuto’, Never forsake you, Onkozese and I have a friend called Jesus, a collaboration she did with her mother.
