Pastor Robert and Jessica Kayanja of Miracle Center Cathedral did not hesitate laying hands on city socialite Shanitah Namuyimbwa, commonly know as Bad Black when she said that her inner most heart desire is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
This happened over the weekend when her testimony left the entire congregation gathered for the 77 days of glory, season 2 at Miracle Center Cathedral in utter realms of glory.
“Who knew Bad black would become what she is today”, Pr Kayanja wondered, “If God can deliver her, he can do the same for anybody else.”
Initially scared of coming out to testify, Bad black says that she grew confident upon declaring; “Fire, I will stand in Jesus name.”
“I became born again from this church. I thank Pr Jessica for taking care of me and for always checking on me. The 77 days of Glory have transformed my life. My first time here was the same I confessed salvation. Soon after, Satan rose up against me. I went back to the bar. I did this is hiding – for I knew they would tell pastor. I would for that reason go deep in the Ghetto.” She Said.
“If you know a queen of immorality, it was I – a drunkard – and many more things that are not noteworthy. On 31st December I was going to the bar – fully pimped – however, I kept on stopping at the entrances. I said to my self; No, let me take this money to church. I came to this very place and said; God I love you the most. Please change me. Let me stop drinking alcohol. Let me stop giving men my money, immorality is on the increase.” She said.
Latter on dropping a tear as she narrated her story, Bad Black said she called God to visit her, telling Him of how much she loved Him most.
” After spending 11 years masturbating. It didn’t matter having 100 men, I would never get satisfied. The 77 days of Glory have worked upon my life. Even on weekends am always here. I am no longer in the bars, Praise God! It reached a time when I realized that I am no longer taking alcohol. Friends would call me asking; Black where are you we have a party? I would respond telling them I’m in Dubai – But I would be coming here at Church. Am cutting them off…” She narrated.
Black revealed that because of the 77 days of Glory, she has spent 2 solid months single, with the crazing for men at its lowest – No masturbation.
“All the celebrities out there, the wealthy; girls like me – because I am 27 years only – If you are a sexual immorality star, and you feel you are tired of being in that place, and need deliverance, you should come for the 77 days of glory before they end. We are washed. I am not shamed of saying this.” She said.
“I told God on 31st, this year; You are changing me, starting with my name as You said in Isaiah that one will be given a new name by the LORD’s own mouth… Pastor, no one here is a drunkard, I used to enter a bar and close it, drinking 3 bottles of Jack Daniel’s – it is very strong whiskey. I would go with 3 million in my pocket, yet drive back from the bar. I thank God that I never died in such a condition. God is good. I love the Lord more. I thank this church for birthing me.”
“When I came out of jail, I told God to grant me bail, which he did….Satan has massed up my life too much. But I have spent some good time without a drop of beer in my mouth. I leave this place in the morning and go back. I pray still.”
“I told my mother; you are a witch but, ever since you started this practice, how come you did not bewitch the judge who issued my prison sentence. I told her that if I get a hold of her witchcraft items, they will end up here at church…”
“God blessed me when I didn’t know him. Now that I do, here in my church, I want a mantle that is going to change the celebrities – all of them. Truth is that most of the celebrities here in Uganda consult with witchcraft. I have been to one the witch doctors and as he did his practice, he ended up calling out on God. So I asked him why he did this yet witches should call out to their ‘Jjaja’ . From that day pastor, a witch doctor will never ‘eat’ my money again. I tell them fire. That is the anointing I need.”
“Pastor, I want to serve God. As He lives, may he establish my feet. I am not asking much from God – I love Him more than any one else. people break hearts, I do not trust them – I have one scripture I read; Cursed are those who put their trust in mere humans. I am looking only unto Christ, My trust is in the Lord. I have a ex-convict Kaitesi we used to pray with for 2 years in jail. When I look at Christ who was crucified, he has not denied me.” She said, charging the atmosphere with anticipation.

We pray – we break every yolk from you. We pray for the spirit of purity. A fire for God. we pray that your feet will be strong. Devil take your hand of this girl. spirit of the living God, descend on her. Every power of witch craft, every power of darkness, we break you in the name of Jesus. I release the the seed of God. The seed of righteousness. The seed of Joy. The seed of preaching the gospel. That her mouth will preach the gospel in Jesus name. My father, as she became popular for bad things, my father that she will be used of you in Jesus name.
