Apostle John Bunjo and his wife, Sarah are celebrating their family’s first graduation!
The couple’s son, Jojoe Bunjo was candidate of Uganda Christian University’s 18th graduation ceremony that took place today, 7th July, 2017 at the institution’s main campus in Mukono.
The happy father took to social media saying; Jojoe my son is graduating at UCU, it is our first degree in our family, it has been a long journey but now it is finished. Thank you lord.
1,136 students with diplomas, bachelor’s degrees, post graduate diplomas and master’s degrees have graduated in today’s lot where Auditor General Mr. John S.F Muwanga, was Chief Guest.
Out of the graduates, 50.1% are male students and at least 43 students acquired first class degrees.
During his speech, the Auditor General urged graduands to pay keen attention to attitude, stressing further this is typically reflected in a person’s behavior. “One’s attitude is the most important attribute because it determines your character.” He said.
Mr. John S.F Muwanga also emphasized the importance of learning, saying with the rapid changes in technology, it has become necessary to adopt new skills and dump the obsolete ones.
The University Vice Chancellor, Dr John Senyonyi said Church of Uganda is proud “of what UCU has become.”
Apostle John Bunjo together with his wife are the founders of Christian Restoration Ministries International and Abigail Ministries, an outreach programme for women, have been married for 20 years.
