News of Don Moen’s death flooded social media starting Tuesday with lots of sympathisers mourning, but it has been revealed that the gospel singer is alive and well.
Frank Edward, a gospel singer and an ally of Don Moen said on twitter that people should disregard the fake news as Donald James “Don” Moen is still very much alive.
This confirmation came following a chat Don Moen’s son has with the singer on Wednesday.

Wikipedia was puzzled about Don Moen’s health status as the popular website announced his obituary by adjusting its record on the gospel singer to read that he died on 12 July, 2017.
Few hours ago, while the news of his death is still raging, the pastor and evangelist has taken to Twitter to share a photo of himself, father, son and grandsons – as a big picture of four generations.

Re-known Pastor Franklin Mondo Mugisha is one of may Ugandans who took to social media today sharing links from news sites that have reported earlier in the day that the gospel singer cum evangelist died after a short battle with stomach pain.
Houston Chronicle TV that broke the news had quoted President Donald Trump and Bishop T.D. Jakes as paying tribute to the gospel artist and worship leader
The medium had it that his family confirmed that he died early this morning at General Acute Care (GAC) Hospital in California shortly after being rushed to the hospital.
Don is an American singer-songwriter, pastor, and producer of Christian worship music. He has released such songs that include; God will make a way, He never sleeps, Thank you Lord, Give thanks, I will sing, Here we are, I just want to be where you are, This is your house among others.
The 67 year old visited Uganda for the “God will make a way concert” at Kampala Serena Hotel on 1st June 2014, which filled the hotel’s Victoria Hall to the brim.
It was then followed by two regular shows at Makerere Sports Ground and Rubaga MCC, on 2nd and 3rd respectively.
