As we grow up, we lose sight of how amazing life can be because we feel burdened by the responsibilities and mundane parts of life.

Whether you’ve lost yourself in your job, failed at education, relationship, lost your role as a parent or simply feel lost in life in general, you are not alone.

It doesn’t mean your life is doomed and that you will never find yourself again.

For many of us that tend to drown in worry, ‘Your love is enough’ American gospel singer Charles C. Jenkins II (born December 14, 1975) says that worrying doesn’t make your problems go away.

“Worrying only makes your problems larger in your mind, heavier on your shoulders, and more stressful for your life,”

Charles shared helpful tips on Wednesday saying, fight worry by;

1. Give it to God in Prayer! God this is to0 much for me, but not for you. Give me the wisdom and grace to do my part. Then give me the sense to know when I have done all I can. Then give me the strength to trust you for the best outcome.

2. Think Positively. Inundate yourself with good content, good people, good thoughts, good memories, and good experiences. Drown the negative thoughts with positive repetition. Stop replaying the bad news and pursue or make good news. If you are really low right now, hold on, believe for growth beyond the pain, and I pray you’ve got friends or family to lean on. If not, God can get you through solo!

3. Focus on what you do have over what you don’t have. Focus on what’s right over what’s wrong. Embrace productivity from where you are. Do the best you can with who you are today, with what you have today!

Think About Things!
