Women are not God’s afterthought

Never allow tradition, culture and the worldly standard to define you.

By Pastor Ben Ochola

Genesis 1:27:

“So God created man in His own image, in the image and likeness of God He created him; male and female He created them.”

Woman, you are not an afterthought that God came up with. Right from day one, you were created in the very image and likeness of God.

Never allow tradition, culture and the worldly standard to define you.
You carry in the inside of you God’s original DNA just like the man.

God can never be understood unless He’s seen both in the context of male and female.

He created both the male and female in order to reveal to man Himself. In both the male and female, we can have a glimpse of the Father’s nature.

Just as Jesus came to reveal the Father, man (male and female) was created to reveal the Father.

John 1:18:

“No one has ever seen God. But the unique One, who is himself God, is near to the Father’s heart. He has revealed God to us.”

Man alone can not give us a glimpse into God’s nature and so does the woman. To have a bit of understanding of who God is, you need to study both the male and the female.

Functionally, they are different in many ways and it’s God’s way of trying to reveal himself to creation but intrinsically both carry the same value.

God is both masculine and feminine in nature. The beauty of a woman is seen when she fully manifests her feminity and not try to be a man. Because the Father designed her to reveal His feminine side.

Be comfortable with your feminity and don’t permit the world standard redefine your position in creation and life.

The greatest partnership to ever ran the earth before the fall was Adam and Eve. That’s to say a man and a woman are a must for the economy of God function as heaven intended it.

It was the women who were the biggest partners of Jesus in the ministry.

Luke 8:1-3:

“Soon afterward Jesus began a tour of the nearby towns and villages, preaching and announcing the Good News about the Kingdom of God. He took his twelve disciples with him, along with some women who had been cured of evil spirits and diseases. Among them were Mary Magdalene, from whom he had cast out seven demons; Joanna, the wife of Chuza, Herod’s business manager; Susanna; and many others who were contributing from their own resources to support Jesus and his disciples.”

Without the ladies, Jesus and the disciples would not have fulfilled the ministry.

Your uniqueness in sensitivity, care, loyalty, love and inner strength is something the world can never do without.

Remember, without you we would never know God the way we do today.
You were created and made to reveal the feminine side of God.

Be comfortable with your femininity.

Stay blessed and favored.
