Apostle Grace Lubega of Phaneroo Ministries International has called for effective parenting.
Speaking to multitudes that gathered at Kololo Independence grounds for ‘My Great Price’ annual Women’s Conference on Saturday, Apostle Grace Lubega stated that ‘nations are failing because of how men are raised.’
“The day a child enters your womb, they are a nation. I am not talking just about the physical womb, no. The day somebody brings a child in your care, that child is a nation, he/she is your responsibility,” he said.
Apostle Grace Lubega said that ‘almost all men great in history’ had woman who were mightly called by God. He then read out Abraham Lincoln’s popular statement — ‘No man is poor who has a Godly mother.’
The apostle explained how as a child, his mother knew he would turn out to be a minister of God’s word. As such, he was raised on principles and groomed in such a way that he would step into his divine mandate.
“There are things that a mother has to do, and things that a man has to do. God has arrayed these responsibilities differently. The voice of a man and the voice of a woman differentiate in responsibility.” he explained.
Adding: “When we say government is failing, who raised the ones in government?”
On the other hand, Apostle Grace called for a broad inclusion of women into ministry and other sectors of the economy including education and health.
This, he said was one of the objectives of the conference.
Apostle Grace Lubega quoted Genesis 3:1–7 stating that it is quicker for a woman ‘to catch a vision of everything spoken.’
“In the history of our nation, we have seen great names, and great moves, and the Lord begun to speak to me from last year (2018) about October that it is about time to do something on women in this nation. Ladies, the days are here when we are going to hear women ministers in this nation, having weekly meetings of 40,000 – 60,000 people. And it is not only going to be on the pulpit, no. God is going to put things on your lives in the bussiness sector, health sector, education sector and families,” he said.
