'God can revive things dry or even dead.'

Gospel musician and Pastor Twina Herbert has urged Christians going through tough times not to speak negatively, but henceforth begin to declare the Word of God over every dead dream and challenging circumstance they are going through in life.

Pastor Twina stated that what is dead and impossible with human beings becomes revitalized and possible with the power and Word of God.

As we look at certain things in some parts of our lives, especially in our families, personal projects and finances, it appears to be like the vision which Ezekiel saw of the valley of dry bones (Ezekiel 37).

According to Pr Herbert, the dry bones in Ezekiel’s vision could as well be related to the very challenges many believers face today. However, God asked Ezekiel ‘can these bones live?’ (Ezekiel 37:3).

“We should speak words of life. God can revive things that have been dry and even dead,” the ‘Sabisanila’ hit singer said in his sermon on Dream TV.

Pastor Herbert then quoted Zechariah 4:7 which in part says; who are you, O great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you shall become a plain..

“You need to ask the mountain before you; do you know who I am? Don’t those mountains know that you are a child of the most high God?

“Look at lack in the face. Look at your challenges and problems in the face. Look at the things that challenge you and make you cry and ask, who are you standing before me? You have to speak out. That mountain shall become a plain, in other-wards, it is going to vanish away,” he said.

The preacher urged that God is asking believer to completely trust His empowerment and authority as they take on the hard things that on several occasions seem totally impossible.

“It is high time you introduce yourself to the challenges and mountains in your life, and tell them you are a child of God,” he stated
