Lagos, Nigeria – Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of The Believers’ Loveworld INC, also known as Christ Embassy, has declared his prophecies for the new year.
The televangelist led thousands of believers in prayer as nations bid goodbye to 2018 on Monday night, revealing that 2019 is “the year of lights.”
Unfolding the deeper meaning behind the new year’s theme, The 55-year-old said “we have various aspects of light,” and that each plays a unique role in a Christian’s life.”
“There are different kinds of lights. Some are for illuminations, some are for leadership, guidance, some are for empowerment some are for signs and seasons,” he explained.
“What’s about to happen through the church of Jesus Christ, the Bible tells us as the days get closer and closer to the return of Jesus Christ, gross darkness will cover the earth, he says thick darkness will cover the earth. He’s talking about spiritual darkness -but in the midst of this, your light will so shine. The darker the darkness the more brightly you shine,” Pastor Chris added.
“We’re entering into a new phase of the Church’s ministry in the earth, like as never been known before — a dimension of the glory of God in the earth beyond what the Church had known,” Pastor Chris declared in prophecy.
