Influential Christian entrepreneurs who have made a significant impact on the people and the economy will be sharing their advice during the Red Sofa Sessions on 31st March, 2017 at Garden City roof top – Kampala.
Amos Masaba Wekesa, founder of one of the largest tourist operations in East Africa (EA), Great Lakes Safaris and Uganda Lodges Limited will share his success story of how he turned from being a smuggler to a billionaire safari king.
On the same date, Amos, whose 14-year entrepreneurial experience has made his company East Africa’s leading, will be joined by Mr Peter Mukiibi.
He is the Creative Director at Addmaya, a production house that delivers unique professional design, documentaries and TV commercials for prominent companies including MTN, Bank of Africa, Watoto Church, DSTV and Coca cola.
On November 23rd 2013, Addmaya was awarded the “Overall Young Achievers” accolade, the top prize at the 2013 Young Achievers Awards.
Organizers of the Red Sofa Sessions say that this gathering is aimed at creating a platform for interaction and networking, bringing together several distinguished and talented personalities who have excelled in different fields of work including; business, leadership, pastoral ministry, music among others.
The 6pm event will run under theme “Against All Odds”, entry is 20,000/= . It is expected that Ronnie Habasa, an award winning radio personality will be the MC, joined by legendary DJ Twonjex and musicians Solome Basuuta, Abaasa Rwemereza.
