Pan Africa Christian (PAC) University in Nairobi, Kenya on Friday celebrated the Class of 2017 which has braved the rocky political season in the country to emerge victorious through it all.

The over 514 graduates at the institution’s main campus included Ugandan Pastors, majority of whom serve with Watoto Church, an english speaking cell based church in the heart of Kampala.

The theme for this year’s (36th) graduation was “Bold Influencers”, derived from Joshua 1:7.

Remarks were made by various influential figures within Kenya such as PAC Chancellor David Oginde, Vice Chancellor Prof. Margaret J. Muthwii and the guest speaker, Mr. Samuel Makome, the Group Chief Operating Officer of KCB Bank Group Ltd.

Pastor Stephen Banyikiza Wamara, who formerly served Watoto Church Suubi, took to social media to express his excitement. He, together with Pastor Edward Mwesigye and Pastor Muwonge Remmy pursued a diploma in transformational Church leadership.

This was at the School of theology, department of transformational Church and youth leadership.

The colorful event was initially grounded with a service on Wednesday where graduating students shared testimonies, speeches, holy communion and a sermon among other activities.

Others graduates had pursued Christian Education Option, Pastoral Studies Option, Mission Studies Option, Bachelor of Arts in Bible and Theology, Diploma in youth ministry among other fields.
