Has the devil ever tried to use your past against you?

Maybe he’s told you, “You’re in this mess because of your own actions!”

If you’ve heard these accusations before, Pr Robert Kayanja, through his sermon shared at Miracle Center Cathedral, says it is a tactic the enemy uses against Christians to keep dwelling and ruminating on the negative and gone-wrong things in the past.

“Satan uses your past to destroy your current situation. To undermine your current power, so that you do not have a tomorrow.” The father of one son, two daughters said this week.

This message follows a series of sermons that have been shared every evening during the ongoing 77 Days of Glory, now in season 2.

The Executive director Channel44 TV adds that for every Christian, the enemy remembers every mistake you have made along the way, and like a prosecutor, he comes to accuse you.

“The enemy wants to convince you that you cannot carry on, that you are not right. Your past is still haunting you. But your future is bigger than the current situation. Your future, your destiny is bigger.” He stated, emphasizing that one should not keep dwelling on the accusations that the enemy is speaking.

“More people are involved in your destiny than in the past. Therefore, you must survive the current situation. I reverse the current situation for the glory of God.” He added.

Pastor Kayanja received the word of God, to lead the Church into 77 days of glory, worship, praise and miracles.

This instruction came at a time when he was conducting a crusade in the northern region of Uganda. He didn’t hesitate letting go of everything else to pursue this dream.

The 77 Days of Glory have tremendously transformed peoples lives like never before and miracles continue happening.
