The Abryanz Style & Fashion Awards (ASFAS) have announced Prophet Elvis Mbonye as the best dressed traditional religious leader.

This was during the awards’ grand ceremony that took place yesterday (9th December, 2016) at the Kampala Serena hotel.

The prophet was nominated earlier in October together with fellow clerics; David Happy Ngabo, Franklin Mondo Mugisha and Prince David Kintu Wasajja.

These awards seek to celebrate style, fashion and art with nominees pulled from all across Africa member states.

To keep up with the Abryanz Style & Fashion Tradition, this year’s event run on the theme “Dress To Inspire 2016” that was launched back in March.

“The goal for 2016 is to inspire, motivate and encourage more young people, to not only get involved in the industry but build a strong chain and bond that can help push the industry forward.” The organizers noted.

The event is annually organized by the Abryanz Franchise that also includes other brands like the Abryanz Collection stores and the Abryanz Charity Foundation.
