Shanita Namuyimbwa, commonly known as Bad Black has on Sunday given her life to Christ at Rubaga Miracle Centre Cathedrial, Kampala.

Escorted by one of her Children, Namuyimbwa said the prayer of salvation lead by Senior pastor and founder for the Kayanja Ministries, Pr Robert Kayanja. She is now a born again Christian.

In July last year, the Anti-corruption court found Namuyimbwa guilty of embezzling sh11b from Davenshan Development Limited.

Black then served a full 4-year jail sentence that was accorded to her.  She was released and much to the surprise of fellow socialites, she was not the same person they saw go behind bars years back.

Her first statements were that she is going to preach the word of God and record gospel music.

However, controversy surrounded her life style since she came out of jail, appearing in live social media videos with the Koran, reciting Muslim prayers.

We do pray that this day has marked a new beginning in her life.
