Gospel musician and Pastor at Light the World Ministries in Kampala, Uganda took to facebook wisdom that answers questions like, “Why does God allow storms to come, if He truly loves me?”

Many Christians have either lost part or all of their faith in the Lord as a result of getting hit with some severe torpedo shots.

And unless you have a full understanding as to why God will sometimes allow storms in this life, you can have your personal faith levels in the Lord shaken to its very core depending on the severity of the storm cloud that may have just struck you.

Pr Wilson Bugembe says that Christians sometimes do not have to fight against life storms.

“The storm may kill you if you try to fight it. Some times its better to switch off the engine and join the storm (acts 27:15),”

He illustrated his message using Paul at the island of Malta (Acts 28).

Where it all begun – Luke wrote: “When it was decided that we would sail for Italy, Paul and some other prisoners were handed over to a centurion named Julius” (27:1).

In Chapter 27 of the book of Acts, Paul notes that “We had several days of slow sailing, and after great difficulty we finally neared Cnidus. But the wind was against us…, Verse 8, We struggled along the coast with great difficulty and finally arrived at Fair Havens, near the town of Lasea.  We had lost a lot of time. The weather was becoming dangerous for sea travel because it was so late in the fall

Acts Chapter 28: “Once we were safe on shore, we learned that we were on the island of Malta. The people of the island were very kind to us. It was cold and rainy, so they built a fire on the shore to welcome us,”

” It (the storm) will lead you to a place where God wants you,” Pr Bugembe wrote

About Light the World Church, the preacher said that: “From a mango tree church of 9 students to thousands..Yes the lord will cause that storm to lead you to an island full of miracles plus fire “Malta”
