Faith in God and Valentine’s Day go hand in hand, because they’re both about expressing and demonstrating love.

104.1 Power fm has since Monday (6th February, 2017) focused on using this Valentine season to help believers – in a special way – ignite love in their relationships.

Through its programming, the station has held discussions on love, sex and relationships, with an expert panel of guests.

It is on this note, that Power fm has organised ‘Date Night’, a special, love-filled, red-carpet evening for everyone.

Date Night is scheduled for Friday 10th February, 2016 at Watoto Church downtown, beginning 6 pm.

104.1 Power fm has told this website that the gathering is for everyone, including the singles.

“You’ve not been forgotten. The best dressed stand a chance to win a makeover worth 2 million shillings, thanks to Mars Luxury. The entrance is free.”

The station adds that the evening will be fully interactive and engaging. There will be music from several artists, and most of all a panel of guests to help equip and share their love experiences with the congregants.

During one of the Love Week Features, a guest, Mrs. Rebecca Mubiri, told those who where listening in during the the Bridge Program that she has used her past relationship experiences as a testimony, something that started the journey of reconciliation in her life.

“Forgiveness is an everyday thing. We are people bound to error, hence we ought to forgive.” Mrs. Rebecca Said, adding that if one is still attached to any previous relationship, he/she is not in for a new relationship.
