The harmonic and brilliant sound that emerges from renowned a cappella singing group, the Spring Gents is indeed unsurpassed.

Audiences from all across the country are continually awestruck by the vocal energy and passion Twebaze Joshua, Lubega Joseph, Mbowa James, Lugonvu Ivan, Kyagulanyi Wycliff and Kato James use when proclaiming the message of the cross through music.

All Gents are astonishingly below the age of 22. Through a new brand single they have released, “No Jesus No Life”, the sixsome remind the Church that when it comes to life, we have to know who is really in charge.

Following the proclamation of John 14:6, the Viga Awards 2015 best a capella group grand nominee emphasizes further that life is at its best when we give Jesus Christ the title deed to our life. That’s where life begins.

They say that inspiration to this song was birthed when they were in Rwanda, July 2016, during a musical tour to Nu – Vision High School.

“At our arrival in Kigali Kyagulanyi Wycliff happened to see a bus with a statement No Jesus No Life . Suddenly I started thinking about the words and they made meaning since a lot of people don’t know who Jesus is, so they are missing out on abundant life” Twebaze Joshua told UG Christian News.

“I was reconvicted by the Spirit to bring up the song again while we were in training , I can’t tell exactly what happened but there was a groove which developed in the team and guess what, the song was done.” He further told this website.

Given the advantage that they make their music with the mouth, including all musical accompaniments, the group performed the new single to the students in Rwanda a few days later.

“The reaction was amazing. Many started singing along to the tune with close association. We thought the Rwandese students were just excited about the harmonies, but surprisingly trying it in Uganda it was the same case, the same groove and hype. It is a message to those who do not believe that Jesus is Life. Our prayer is that you do not focus on who did which beat but the words in this song.”

“We bless the lord for the production, Spring Gents Fraternity , JC Label Ug, UG Christian News, Blacksmith Studios, Charis Media for the continuous support.” they say.
