Award winning gospel music singer Julie Mutesasira Nalugya has taken to social media to appreciate Judith Babirye for releasing lovely music.

Julie, who for months went silent when media spoke ill of her marriage, on Tuesday used Judith Babirye’s song ‘Katonda talimba’  to encourage her audience that God is faithful and all His promises are Amen in Christ Jesus

She quoted several lines from the song, urging that God does not lie.

Judith Babirye was quick to write back, stressing the same lines read most in 2 Corinthians 1:20 – ‘For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.’

This month, unlike those before, Julie Mutesasira seems to be back on track with regular updates to her social media fans.

When reports that claimed that she had fled her marriage surfaced in February surfaced, Pastor Steven Mutesasira, husband to the singer, said he had heard so much being said nevertheless, they were with no trouble whatsoever.

The Redeemed of the Lord Evangelistic church senior Pastor told reporters that his wife had gone abroad, something she always does, hence no cause for alarm.

Julie issued no defense statement at that time, urging that it is not her habit to explain herself to media over personal matters.
