KAMPALA – The Minister of Information Technology and Communications in the Cabinet of Uganda, Hon Frank Kagyigyi Tumwebaze has thanked God for keeping Pastor Gary Skinner “strong in his Ministry work.”

Frank, who doubles as the Member of Parliament of Kibale County Kamwenge District on Sunday took to social media to express his gratitude towards the Pastor.

This was after joining Watoto Church for service in Kampala.

“Happy to listen to my inspiring Pastor Gary Skinner through a recorded broadcast sermon,” Hon Frank Tumwebaze remarked.

“His voice remains as clear, and the same as it was in 1994 when I first listened to him,” he added.

Aside his pastoral duties, Pastor Gary Skinner is well known for caring for almost 5,000 Ugandan children in Watoto villages where every child is raised in a family setting rather than an institution.

The founder of Watoto Church was born in Zimbabwe to missionary parents and is, according to the ministry, a fourth generation preacher. The father of 3 has pastored in Canada, in Zambia, and in Uganda among other countries.
