Renowned Christian rapper Lyrical Mycheal has unveiled his latest single, Pregnant.

Truthfully speaking, this song comes in at such a time when Creation is groaning for the Sons and Daughters of Christ to be revealed…we carry the promises of God.

While unveiling the new single to his fans with Dj Twonjex of the BeatStreet, 104.1 Power FM, Lyrical Mycheal, popularly known for making music that reflects his passion for Christ and the Hip Hop art, said all Christians everywhere are born carrying promises.

“Whether it is a prophecy directly spoken to you from the bible or your pastor, whether it is a dream or a vision, we are all waiting on God for something,” He said.

“We are expecting God in almost every area of our lives. So, before these promises come to pass – before we give birth to these promises, dreams and visions – we are pregnant.” He further stated.

‘Pregnant’ features Tesa and has been produced by fellow gospel singer Dreign. Lyrical Mycheal has in the past released chart topping hit songs that include Wrong Number, Love is Enough, Super Hero, Tear Drop among others.

This is an excellent prophetic word from Mycheal this year.

In the New Testament we read about the angel Gabriel appearing to Mary and telling her that she was going to conceive and bring forth a Son, and His name would be called Jesus.

Mary’s reply was “Behold the maidservant of the Lord. Let it be to me according to your word” (Luke 1:38). Between conception and delivery there is a time of nurturing while the seed matures. This is true naturally and also spiritually.

Although every one of us is carrying a promise from God, some of us are spiritually tired and emotionally drained. The time of being pregnant with God’s promises may be exhausting and seem long term, but don’t get weary in the process.

There is a gestation period for every pregnancy. Don’t abort the baby because your due date is drawing near. Get ready to push.

Mycheal told Dj Twonjex, “The bible says that “Out of His belly shall flow rivers of living water”. We are going to give birth to rivers of living water. These are some of the good deeds that we are going to put out there – that are going to break people out of ‘Jail’ – that are going to heal the broken hearted.”

“Maybe they are words that are going to [help] a certain lowly brother and lift him up. Whatsoever we [are] as Christians, we are waiting on God and have hope through his promises in the bible. That is why I say we are pregnant. We are carrying God’s promises. ” He said, revealing further that we can expect his album, UnMask, early next year.
