Derick Wonder Jr and his mother, Connie Bamwesigye are putting social media to evangelical use in this new era of technology.

Frustration is too heavy a burden to bear and if left to pile up, the end result is nothing short of  discouragement.

Mrs Connie Bamwesigye, an influential social media evangelist and mother to gospel rapper Derick Wonder Jr has said one of the thing that will keep a Christian from frustration is to let God be the greatest factor in all planning.

In spiritual issues it is customary for Christians to put God first, but we tend to think that it is inappropriate and unnecessary to put Him first in the practical, everyday issues of our lives.

According to Mrs Bamwesigye, God doesn’t want that for us, in His grace, He asks us to take our heartaches to him.

“Do you know why we are perplexed and disturbed? Do you know why we are frustrated? It is because we always want to do what only God can do. It has happened to me. There are things I have tried to do as an individual, but I have ended up in disappointment, grumbling, complaining and murmuring,” She said in a video posted on her page with the son, ‘Vessels of truth.’

She continued,”The bible tells us in John 15:15 that we can do nothing without Him. We should not be troubled because He is with us. The bible is full of “fear not, I am with you.” The Holy Spirit, father and Son are with you and will never leave you. People will leave us, but God will not.”

“As a married women, you might be wondering why your marriage is breaking down! Fear not, God is with you. Call upon him and he will tell you great and incomprehensible things you do not know,” she added. “Are you struggling with a job, your boss is becoming a problem, fear not, God is with you. The one who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion.”

Connie Bamwesigye and her son have committed to share ministry tips and maintain personal interactions with Christians of all ages, through social media. Their videos are shared by viewers and often reach as get as many as a hundred thousand views.

Their page, “Vessels Of Truth” is a fountain of inspiration at a time by far the most heavily adopted social site, Facebook has 94 percent of social media teens reporting they have a profile there.
