Worship leader and Pastor, Brian Lubega has confirmed that he will minister at the event aimed at addressing and dealing with ‘labels’ among Christians.

The Praise City Gathering slated for today, 2 December at Hotel Triangle – Kampala tables topics such as the above, in order to empower Christian families and youth, resource worshippers and make disciples.

Unlike the previous editions, today’s gathering expected to start 4pm has been revved up with more top notch speakers who have gone through a challenging past, and have moved passed ‘labels’ to gain victory in Christ.

Ms Lisa Romesburg, a USA resident, who will headline the event was at 15 years of age sealed off and raped by a gang of five (5) as she walked to school for a sports game.

They will be joined by the event host, Minister Sami-k who doubles as a gospel musician among other things.

Dr Denis Ssempebwa, co-founder of legendary gospel group, Limit X and CEO of Eagles wings USA will also speaks at the event – he will also distribute is latest book, Timeless Truths, as a Christmas gift to attendants totally free.

“I walked through this parking with my [friend] at night and the next think I know – this van pulls up and the doors come flying open . About 5 guys jump out and kidnap my [friend] and I. They took us somewhere, I don’t have many memories of that evening – the next thing I recall was the doors come flying open. I was gang raped all night long. It was one after another… over and over and over,” Ms Lisa Romesburg says.

How did she move past such a traumatizing event that left her physically and emotionally abused. How did she cope up after dropping out of school, doing drugs and then unexpectedly welcoming a child as a young teenager?

“Circumstances are not meant to make us disabled but rather to put the under utilized zeal to work,” as Pr Brian Lubega hits on barriers placed upon believers because of labels.
