Emmanuel Tarsus arrives at Entebbe international Airport.

American Gospel rapper and poet, Emmanuel Tarsus landed at Entebbe international Airport with his team on Thursday.

His visit top Uganda comes in the wake of the highly anticipated “Hip Hop Meets Reggae” gospel concert slated for 3rd September at Kawempe Worship Centre on Sunday (2pm).

He is an independent hip hop artist, poet and evangelist from Santa Ana, California who has previously traveled throughout the United States bringing his message to churches, high schools, juvenile halls and any place in between!

He will minister at this event, and also perform at several other venues including Calvary Chapel- Kampala (Sept. 9th – 2pm) and HOP Entebbe (Sept. 10th – 2pm).

Emmanuel Tarsus on landing in the country took to social media saying his prayer is that the people “we come into contact with will be radically shifted towards Christ. Whether for the first time or a re-dedication.” He shared 17 other prayer requests with his support team in USA.

“We have been doing a lot of stuff, God is up to huge things. Your prayers have been helping me and I just appreciate it so much…everything God is doing through us, helping us build relationships and share hope and just impact with the gospel while in different villages and cities in Uganda.” He remarked during an interview with one local Christian station on Saturday.

Emmanuel Tarsus says his passion for the gospel comes through every performance, and inspires youth and adults alike. He has released 2 mixtapes since 2011 and recently released his debut album “Behind The Music” on September 3rd.

In 2016 the Lord gave Emmanuel the vision for the lostNFound clothing brand. Now he has the opportunity to bring that to light, communicating his vision through the music and the clothing.

He will be accompanied by several artists including Lyrical Mycheal, Holy Keane, Fortune Spice, Mr Rabbi, JK Shine, Phila Kawesa and Mapengo.
